Hi there, I'm Rachael Twiggs!

I'm a Dallas native...graduated from Duncanville High School.  I went to the University of Texas at Arlington where I received my Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.  I've been working as a Civil Engineer for the past 10 years but have always had a love for real estate.  After having my daughter in 2017, I finally made the decision pursue my goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent.  I want her to know that she can do and be great at anything and it's ok to have more than one career in life.  What better way to explain this to her than for Mommy to show her!

My engineering background has also given me an edge in real estate.  I love crunching numbers and will get you the best deal no matter your situation.  I’m all about maximizing profits - whether it’s an investment property or your primary residence. I consider myself a teacher and will teach you what you need to know in order to make an educated decision.  This might be the biggest financial decision you make and I'm here to make it as painless as possible!
